TXT to PDF

Turn UTF-8 plain-text files into PDFs. Choose A4, Letter, or Legal and portrait or landscape; a selection of files is packaged as a ZIP.

Processing and format limits

Files are read and converted in browser memory and are not sent to a Stocknivo conversion API. This tool lays out plain text; it does not extract text from an existing PDF, preserve a source document's rich layout, or offer font selection. The application must still be loaded, so browser-local conversion is not an offline guarantee.

How it works

Choose up to 20 .txt files. Text is decoded as strict UTF-8, line endings are normalized, tabs are expanded, and plain text is wrapped and paginated using Standard Courier. One file downloads as a PDF; multiple files are converted sequentially and successful PDFs are packaged in a ZIP.

Character and page limits

Each file is limited to 5 MiB and 500,000 Unicode code points; each output is limited to 500 pages. A batch allows 20 files and 20 MiB total input. The built-in Standard Courier font uses WinAnsi encoding: ASCII and encodable WinAnsi characters are supported, while unsupported scripts and characters, including Arabic, are rejected.
